Care Before the Procedure
- Complete all pre-operative tests and imaging like MRI Pelvis as required.
- Avoid eating or drinking before anesthesia as directed.
- Discuss current medications and allergies with your doctor.
- Arrange for post-procedure transportation and support at home.
Care During the Procedure
- Follow the surgical team’s instructions regarding positioning and preparation.
- Stay relaxed and communicate any discomfort promptly.
- Remain still to ensure accurate visualization of pelvic organs.
- Cooperate with anesthesia or sedation monitoring as instructed.
Care After the Procedure
- Rest for 1–2 days and avoid strenuous activity.
- Take pain medication and antibiotics as prescribed.
- Avoid sexual intercourse until discussion and confirmation done by the doctor.
- Monitor for unusual bleeding, infection, or severe pain.
Eligibility
- Women with infertility requiring diagnostic or therapeutic evaluation.
- Patients with pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, or suspected adhesions.
- Those with fibroids, ovarian cysts, or uterine abnormalities requiring treatment.
- Individuals needing minimally invasive evaluation before advanced gynecologic surgery.
