Care Before the Procedure
- Avoid sexual intercourse 24 hours prior to the examination.

Care During the Procedure
- Relax and breathe slowly to minimize discomfort during examination.
- Follow instructions for positioning and movements as guided by clinician.
- Report any pain or unusual sensations immediately.
- Allow clinician to perform visual inspection and bimanual palpation carefully.
Care After the Procedure
- Minor spotting or mild cramping may occur after examination.
- Resume normal daily activities immediately without restrictions.
- Follow up for additional tests if abnormalities are detected.
