Care Before the Procedure

Care During the Procedure
- Administered under general or local anaesthesia.
- Septum straightened and excess tissue removed or repositioned.
- The external nose is reshaped if rhinoplasty is performed.
- Nasal packing or splints may be placed.
Care After the Procedure
- Keep nasal passages clean and avoid trauma.
- Use prescribed medications including antibiotics, nasal sprays, or analgesics.
- Avoid strenuous activity, nose blowing, or heavy lifting initially.
