Care Before the Procedure

- Sensors are placed on the head, chest, limbs, and fingers to monitor body functions.
- You sleep overnight in a sleep lab or monitored setting.
- Technicians observe and record your sleep patterns throughout the night.
- The test is non-invasive and generally safe.
Care After the Procedure
- Resume normal activities immediately unless otherwise advised.
- Technicians and doctors will review and analyze the data.
