Care Before the Procedure
- ENT evaluation and nasal examination.

Care During the Procedure
- Administered under local or general anaesthesia
- Turbinates are reduced using surgical, laser, or radiofrequency techniques.
- Nasal packing may be placed temporarily for hemostasis.
- The procedure usually takes 30–60 minutes.
Care After the Procedure
- Keep nasal passages clean and follow saline irrigation as advised
- Avoid nose blowing, heavy lifting, or strenuous activity initially
- Use prescribed medications such as antibiotics, nasal sprays, or pain relievers
- Attend follow-up visits to monitor healing and assess breathing improvement
